Need just a few fresh images to update your online presence? A Headshot Refresh Session is perfect for you!
This session is designed to provide the same luxe experience but just in a mini version. We will discuss wardrobe concepts during the preplanning consult. Our professional makeup artist will be on hand to create your individualized camera-ready look. And if you are worried about posing, leave that to me, as I will guide you throughout the entire shoot.
Once you have booked your session, we will begin the process of creating a photoshoot experience to capture beautiful images that tell your brand story by capturing what makes you uniquely you.
Step 1
Pre-Session Consultation
Preplanning can take a photoshoot to the next level. As your photographer, understanding your overall vision is essential to making that happen. Not sure what that vision looks like, don't worry, we can collaborate to get you there. Consultations take place via phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings. In a 20-30 minute window of time, we will discuss vision, wardrobe choice, and overall shoot plan.
Step 2
Photo Session
Refresh session experience is up to 1.5 hours. It includes optional professional hair & makeup artistry, up to 3 wardrobe changes, and a fully guided photo session. Missing a little something to make your outfit pop? As an added bonus, you will be granted access to use any item in our extensive studio wardrobe. Let’s just say it’s like playing dress-up at its best.
Step 3
Select Digital Images
This package includes the delivery of 10 professionally retouched high-resolution images of your choice via a downloadable online gallery. Before leaving the studio, we will schedule an online viewing appointment via Zoom so you can select images of your choice. Images will be professionally retouched and delivered to the client within a three-week timeframe.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required
to hold the appointment date & time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the date of the shoot.
FAQ
What if I like more than the 3 images included in this Headshot Refresh package, can I buy more?
Absolutely!!! Although there is no expectation to purchase additional images, additional images are sold for $125 individually, in a set of three for $300, or a set of 5 for $400.
What if I need to reschedule?
Headshot Refresh sessions are held on a specific date, once a month. Deposits to hold your session date are nonrefundable. In order to transfer your deposit to hold a spot for the next available Headshot Refresh session date, we require a seven-day notice. Understandably, we hire in advance hair and makeup artists, on top of incurring other costs and expenses to hold a session so should you request to cancel after the required seven-day notice, the deposit is nontransferrable. An additional deposit will be required to book a future session.
